It took me a few extra drops of coloring and a bit of mixing to get the desired result. Fun stuff.

I originally found this product in a blog as "iridescent food dye" and was intrigued because it was all natural. To find this color in such a strong blue/violet occurring naturally is wonderful, as I only use artificial food colors in my products sparingly.
The color and flavor is sweet like sugar water, with no aftertaste. It did not dye the tongue blue either!
My only negative finding was that is was not strong enough to color white confectionery wafers or white cake. I am going to try it in royal icing and will do a follow up review. I am also going to try it in some cocktails over the Holidays. Shipping was fast and ordering was easy. Great product, fair price for the quality!!
