I'm an American chef living overseas. Lately have been dabbling in molecular foods, but had a really hard time getting ingredients until I came to this site. A lot of web stores including Amazon do not ship to Taiwan. The service was fast efficient and I received everything with no problem. Will definitely continue to shop here.

This is my favorite tool! It's easy to use and when writing a menu I don't hesitate to cold smoke something because of time constraints or a temp. control issue.
